BOTH!! This is for everyone, if you have a gym membership or a basic set up at home then this is for you. We have a few different options for newbies building confidence and our gym junkies who know what's up!
You will have access to an app that has detailed demonstration videos and will walk you through each exercise as if you were in a PT session.
That's because they weren't looking after your health FIRST!
If we are dysregulated, of course we're not going to get anything done, struggle for time, yo-yo back and forth and be just over it by week 3.
We aren't relying on motivation here, we are regulating your system so they you TRUST yourself to show up.
To be completely honest, if you've read this far you know something is feeling off about what you're doing. Maybe you've tried the gym, maybe you've tried a 1200 calorie plan or keto or insert whatever fad you like...
The benefit of coaching is that we ensure we are treating you like you'd treat the other women you care about, with respect, with love, with their best intentions at heart and with a little bit of honesty to get you to where you want to be, but for real, not half-assed this time.
There's 3 tiers and it depends on the support level you feel you need to thrive, we kept self directed as affordable as possible to ensure everyone could benefit from this program, but if you're yo-yoing back and forth is it not worth committing to a little more accountability?
All packages costs also go towards the final celebration day where we have movement, nutrition, photos, a fire burning ceremony and so much more cool shit to get involved in - around an unreal group of women on the same path.

Ever since starting my coaching with Bec she has helped me tremendously. From starting with little to no knowledge about training and nutrition she always makes sure I understand everything and has expanded my knowledge in just a matter of weeks.
I spent a large portion of my life being dismissed by doctor’s with underlying health issues, Bec took the time to throughly go through every little detail with me and ended up helping me completely clear up a cyst on my ovary with something as simple as good nutrition and a low inflammatory diet.
